Staying fit needs to be the priority because these days, the food we take is not that good for health. And eventually it makes us fat. But now as it's summer season so it will be a helping hand in the process of getting fit. After marriage women gets so busy with lots and lots of household tasks. Get up in the morning, prepare breakfast, make children ready and send to school, cleaning the entire home, and while doing this it just get the time of lunch. And so on.
A women is a homemaker she is an artist she does everything for other and at last she couldn't get time for themselves. They gets heavier which is not good for their health. So here I'm going to share few tips which will help women shed some extra kilos without working out and will make them look good feel good about themselves. Not just women but everyone can use these tips i their day to day life to stay fit.
So let's start
1. Have a glass of lemon water in empty stomach:- Most of the people have heard about it. They must have heard about warm water lemon and honey. But that develops the acidity and burning sensation in the stomach. But just a cool glass of water and a whole lemon juice. Mix it and drink it every morning when you just wake up. Lemon has a huge amount of vitamin c which is really needed in the summer to maintain the energy levels. It also detoxify the body and flush out all the toxins presents in body. It will make you feel energetic and light whole day. And will eventually lose some extra stored fat around your body parts.

2. Black Coffee without Sugar:- In the life you have to be familiar to bitter tastes. If some of you don't like the taste of lemon then you can go with this. A half cup of water and a 1 rupee packet of coffee. And you're good to go. Boil water a bit and add coffee into it and just drink. You wont like the taste in starting but later you'll start liking it. Coffee contains caffeine which is a number one source to lose body fat.

3. Drink as much water as you can:- You will eliminate a lot problems by just drinking enough water to stay hydrated. Water helps to flush the bad bacteria out of body and keeps your body hydrated and healthy all day.

4. Avoid sweet liquid drinks and sweets:- sugar is a poison to our body specially in the liquid form. It does nothing but just make you fat. Drink water instead. I know everyone likes to have chilled stuff to drink in the summer after all that's the only benefit of summer. But still things that are available in the market is really harmful for you health.

5. Add at least one physical activity:- Instead watching TV all day. Make a habit to do something physical. No matter what you do just do it. Don't be lazy your husband will find you more attractive believe me.

6. Have Alsi seeds:- add this these are easily available in the market so go and purchase it. Buy it roasted or just raw. Add this in your food. It fights with a lot of problems. It's really good for the diabetic patients. And the people who have heart diseases. It prevents heart failure and cancer. It also reduces weight and make you more focused. Good for the students because it increases the brain capacity and strength.

7. Stay Happy:- This is a psychological method to stay fit. Yeah, you can be stay fit if you just start assuming that you are fit and start feeling happy in your own skin it. It makes a really big difference when you think positive about anything. So always thought good thoughts. And stay happy everyday.
